Next, we ensure your quantitative data is properly structured. Using Google Analytics, we configure a custom purchase funnel tailored to your store. This ensures the analytics reflect the true customer journey, giving us clean, reliable metrics to base decisions on.

Once tracking is in place, we review both qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint where users are struggling or dropping off. We identify the areas with the highest potential for improvement—whether that’s a product page, checkout step, navigation pattern, or subtle UX friction.

With problem areas identified, we develop focused hypotheses based on user behavior. We determine what change could meaningfully improve conversions—this may involve copy tweaks, layout adjustments, design changes, or UX simplification—then prepare an A/B test around that hypothesis.

We implement the targeted change and launch an A/B test to measure its real impact. Since even small, unexpected details can significantly influence conversion rates, testing ensures we make decisions based on data—not assumptions.

After the test concludes, we analyze performance to determine whether the new variation outperforms the original. Based on the results, we decide whether to keep the new version, iterate further, or revert to the control.
